The following disclosures are required by the California Consumer Privacy Act and are intended to supplement the information in our Privacy Policy. For information
about your choices regarding your personal information, please see the “Choices” section, below.

Choices About How We Use and Disclose Your Information
We strive to provide you with choices regarding the personal information you provide to us. We have created mechanisms to provide you with the following control over your information:

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California residents have the right to: (1) request that the Company disclose what personal information we collect, use, disclose,
and/or sell; (2) request deletion of personal information; (3) opt-out of the sale of personal information. The Company does not discriminate against consumers who exercise these rights.
Only a California resident, or a person registered with the California Secretary of State that a California resident authorizes to act on his or her behalf, may make a verifiable
consumer request related to his or her personal information. A California resident may also make a verifiable consumer request on behalf of his or her minor child.
To make a request on your behalf, an authorized agent may contact us by email with proof of your written and signed permission to do so. The Company may also require you to verify
your identity and confirm that you gave permission.
Requests to Know
If you are a California resident, you may have the right to request that we disclose the following information:
- Categories of personal information we collected about you, disclosed about you for a business purpose, or sold;
- Categories of sources from which the personal information is collected;
- Our business or commercial purpose for collecting or selling personal information;
- The categories of third parties with whom the Company shares or to whom the Company sells personal information; and
- Specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.
You may only make a request to know twice within a 12-month period. To make such a request, please use the Contact Information from the web site. The Company will ask you for some
specific pieces of information in order to verify your request. If we are not able to verify your request, we will not be able to fulfill it.
Requests to Delete
You may have the right to request that we delete personal information about you that we collect and maintain, subject to certain exceptions. To make such a request, please use the
Contact Information at the bottom of this notice. The Company will ask you for some specific pieces of information in order to verify your request. If we are not able to verify your
request, we will not be able to fulfill it. Once we verify your request, we will delete and direct our service providers to delete your personal information, unless an exception applies.
We may deny your deletion request if we cannot verify your request or if we are legally permitted or required to retain your personal information. For example, we may retain your personal
information if necessary for us or our service provider(s) to:
- Complete the transaction for which we collected the personal information, provide a good or service that you requested, take actions reasonably anticipated within the context of
our ongoing business relationship with you, or otherwise perform our contract with you.
- Detect security incidents, protect against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity, or prosecute those responsible for such activities.
- Comply with a legal obligation.
- Make other internal and lawful uses of that information that are compatible with the context in which you provided it.
